At USI we know how valuable your time is and how important it is to know what is going on with your project. We have included a step-by-step process so you know exactly how much time you should set aside and exactly what you should expect when working with us.

			FREE Estimate Consultation: Approximately 1 hour One of our professionals will meet you at your home to thoroughly inspect the area(s) in which you would like to increase your insulation.
			Written Estimate: Immediate to 48 hours You will receive a written estimate of the job either immediately, during the consultation, or by email within 48 hours.
			Upon Estimate approval by you, your work will be scheduled to be completed in a timely manner.
			On the day of your job, 95% all retrofit insulation projects can be completed within 2 hours. If your job falls outside of the typical retrofit you will be made aware of this at your FREE estimate consultation along with an approximate time from of job completion. Our installers take great care to leave no foot prints behind. Our goal is to have your home look as though we were not there. Installers will lay down floor coverings if necessary and always clean up after their work.
			Inspection: Varies by customer and job but usually no longer than 15 – 30 minutes. We take great pride in our work and therefore we request all customers to inspect the work that was done. We do not close a job until the customer is 100% satisfied.
